Klear Estates was founded in 2001 by the Patterson family after navigating their own difficult estate liquidation experience. Frustrated by the lack of transparency, organization, and compassion in the industry, they set out to create a different kind of estate liquidation company — one that treats every family with the dignity and respect they deserve.
What started as a small family business has grown into one of the most trusted estate liquidation firms in the Midwest and Upstate New York. Over the past 25 years, we've conducted over 500 estate sales, helped more than 1,000 families, and sold over 50,000 items — but our commitment to personal, compassionate service has never changed.
